    A fantastic, one off position has become available for an Estate Agent Office Manager to join this award winning, independent Estate Agent based in Witney.My clients have developed a fantastic reputation based on exceptional levels of customer service and are looking for an Office Manager to look after the day to day running of the branch, ensuring that the team is supported and that the sales pipeline is well managed.Estate Agent Office Manager – Benefits

    • Upto £25k basic salary plus commission - £30k - £35k OTE

    • The successful Estate Agent Office Manager will have experience as an office manager, branch manager or estate/ lettings agent and be able to ensure that high standards are always achieved.

    The Estate Agent Office Manager – Duties and responsibilities

    • Overseeing the office and ensure the office is operating well day to day.
    • Hold daily meetings with the team to ensure productivity and offer assistance if necessary.
    • Manage the sales progression process, ensuring sales are chased through to completion.
    • Typing up memorandums of sale.
    • Ensuring valuation letters are well written and sent out in good time.
    • Ensure sales valuations are followed up on and report back to the directors with regular reporting.
    • Ensure both the sales and lettings teams log daily progress.
    • Offer training, development and mentoring to staff members.

    Estate Agent Office Manager– Experience Needed

    • To be the Estate Agent Office Manager you will need at least 2 years' experience within the industry, with experience as an Estate Agent office manager, Branch/ Lettings Manager or senior estate agent.
    • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Understanding of the sales and lettings processes.
    • Confident in supporting staff with training.
    • Excellent time management and administration skills.
    • You will be well spoken and well presented.
    • Keen eye for detail.
