The client

We are thrilled to be working with this forward thinking agency, based in the North East of England, with international growth in their search for a new Associate Director.


The role
We're looking for an inspirational, dynamic and strategic marketer to work alongside their Account Management, Content, and Design teams.

Building positive relationships with their clients you'll deliver well-rounded marketing communications programmes, anddrive success for both their clients and our business.

You will be an exceptional relationship builder and feel confident project managing high level client accounts.


Key focus areas:


An Associate Director is fully accountable for the profitability, success and growth of the client portfolio, as a part of the agency leadership team.

You will take responsibility for developing new business, driving results and the profitability of accountsand for driving the development of the agency with the executive management.


  • Project strategy
  • Team building and management
  • Client counsel and coaching
  • Marketing communications knowledge and know how
  • Organic growth/additional project sell in to existing clients
  • Maintaining high standards

About you:


  • A proven ability to manage marketing or communications campaigns client, accounts and teams of people
  • Advanced experience in marketing, PR, advertising, social media, digital and print, development of opinion leader relationships and event management
  • An aptitude for managing complex/multiple projects
  • Presentation skills display excellent and convincing presentation skills, with a confident and convincing style that exudes credibility
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach clients and team members effectively
