We are searching for an HR professional to take ownership of the organisations people strategy - people management, recruitment, retention, employee development, culture and statutory compliance.


You will have at least 2 years experience as an HR Manager from a service based industry - ideally hospitality/leisure.

CIPD qualified.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, onboarding and retention strategy
  • Implement people management strategies
  • Design & Deliver training programmes
  • Coach and mentor managers
  • Employee wellness appraisals and performance reviews
  • Direct and manage payroll process and forecasting with the FD
  • All ER procedures
  • Special projects
