Description
We are searching for an HR professional to take ownership of the organisations people strategy - people management, recruitment, retention, employee development, culture and statutory compliance.
You will have at least 2 years experience as an HR Manager from a service based industry - ideally hospitality/leisure.
Core Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding and retention strategy
- Implement people management strategies
- Design & Deliver training programmes
- Coach and mentor managers
- Employee wellness appraisals and performance reviews
- Direct and manage payroll process and forecasting with the FD
- All ER procedures
- Special projects
