Purpose of Position


The individual will work closely with colleagues in design and across Global Marketing, as well as with colleagues in wider teams including Reporting, HR and Product Strategy and Fundraising.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and production of clientfacing and other external marketing materials
  • PowerPoint slides and presentations
  • InDesign papers and documents
  • Event invitations
  • Product factsheets
  • Advertisements digital and printed
  • Ad hoc graphical and visual design support as required as across the business, including for internally facing documents
  • Regular slide updates (monthly and quarterly processes) when updated performance figures and other Pantheon data is available
  • Compliance coordination and recordkeeping
  • Opportunity to work on other projects such as simple animations and videos

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Degree educated (creative arts discipline) or equivalent professional experience
  • Confident graphic designer with demonstrable experience of the below tools/technologies;
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS PowerPoint
  • Advanced Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, plus Word & Excel)
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Excellent people skills
  • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects knowledge would be useful but not a prerequisite
