Staffing Coordinator
Breakthrough in Education is a fast-growing, Bury Saint Edmunds-based company that provides SEND specialist staff to all types of schools accross Suffolk.
We place temporary and permanent staff :
Teaching Assistants, Teachers and senior roles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening calls when recieving new CV's
- Work closely with our complience team who carry out the vetting on staff
- Develop/maintain recruitment materials such as job postings/social media and university connections
- Communicate with the Breakthrough team regularly / online meetings to aid communication
Skills & Qualifications:
- PGCE,QTS's (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Previous experience in staffing is preferred ,but not essential as detailed
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
