    Salary: £29,250 - £35,100 per annum (based on skills and experience).

    This full-time role has a working pattern of 37.5 hours p/w. Flexibility will be required (weekend and public holiday working during peak periods) to support operational business needs. This will be achieved by mutual (and prior) agreement.

    In this role you will organise the supply of catering across campus to ensure that we meet all catering needs. You will manage the team in delivering high volumes of catering across campus as well as being responsible for the upkeep of the fleet of catering vans.

    Working with the Hospitality Operations Manager you will use your expertise to provide innovative solutions to operational challenges and lead a thriving business in continuing success.

    This role will involve all aspects of catering and logistics management including management of equipment, recruitment, team training & development, health & safety and food safety management.

    UoG Commercial Ltd is a subsidiary company wholly owned by the University of Glasgow and provides catering services as part of the new extended campus at the University.
