    Teaching Assistant Level 2
    Salary: Grade 4: £17,223 - £18,410
    Location: Kirton Lindsey Primary School, Kirton-in-Lindsey
    Hours: per week (term time only)
    DBS: Yes (Enhanced with Barred List Check)
    Start date: September 2024 (or sooner if possible)

    About this Role
    Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for an outstanding Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our expanding team. The successful Level 2 Teaching Assistant will work alongside the leadership and teaching team to provide the highest quality learning and support to children across the school, particularly in our KS1 classes.

    As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in supporting children, including those with additional needs, to foster and maintain children's interest in learning - addressing misunderstandings and misconceptions.
  • Provide sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children.
  • Provide stretch and challenge to all children to raise aspirations and attainment.
  • Promote high standards of achievement and progress for all children.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour for all children.
