An exciting opportunity has opened up in a high growth property development company, that is seeking a new member to join the recently formed Groundworks division.
Groundworks Site Supervisor/Foreman Responsibilities
- Reporting and working alongside Contracts Manager
- Daily site supervision and ensuring Health and Safety is kept to a high standard
- Completing, organising and filing all site records and paperwork
- Liaising and working with client
- Ensuring high quality workmanship is carried out
- Managing on site sub contractors
- Ensuring works are carried out to an agreed programme
- Managing site labour efficiently
Essential
- SSSTS
- Experience of running groundwork sites
Preferred but not essential
- CPCS or NPORS plant licenses
- First Aid Cert
Salary:
£14.00-£18.00 per hour
