We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Swansea

The Role:
As a Finance Assistant Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance department. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised finance qualification. Full training for the role will be provided and encouraged.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daytoday financial transactions, such as processing invoices and payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and updating financial spreadsheets.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Assisting with payroll administration and related tasks.
- Undertaking general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the finance department.
- Liaising with other departments on financial issues.

Requirements (but not all essential):
- A strong interest in finance and accounting.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
