Description:

Our client are a mid-sized retail wealth manager.

Having experienced significant growth they are looking to overhaul and enhance their controls and governance framework - specific to CASS and Operational Risk.


The initial piece of work will require a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of CASS framework including a new CASS monitoring and oversight tool; Grath.

Working with the businesses across the group affected by CASS rules and with the support of the SI team the Project Manager will lead the implementation, as well as overseeing CASS operations through this process.


In addition to the CASS framework, the Grath tool is also sought to improve the group from an operational risk standpoint and the Project Manager will lead the integration of this tool with the group wide operational risk management and control.

The aim is to ensure the business is able to achieve ISAE3402 accreditation and the Project Manager will be required to ensure the business process and control framework is brought forward inline with typical ISAE3402/SOC1 standards.


Upon completion it is expected that the Project Manger will have created a robust CASS and Operational Risk framework that will add real value to the group and detailed supporting documentation library in order for a smooth handover to what will become a future FTE, likely of lesser specialist technical experience.
