Description

The Institute of Population Health is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in evidence synthesis to support the work of the Liverpool EvideNce Synthesis (LENS) component of the Liverpool Reviews and Implementation Group (LRiG), and the Department of Health Data Science.

LRiG was established in 2001 based on a research grant from the National Institute of Health Research Health Technology Assessment (NIHR HTA) programme to provide high quality systematic reviews of the clinical and cost effectiveness of healthcare technologies primarily for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

The group is multi-disciplinary and includes systematic reviewers, medical statisticians, health economists, economic modellers, drug information experts and information specialists.

LRiG¿s contract with the NIHR has recently been renewed until 2027.
