Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help the secure a Business Change Manager / Business Lead for an initial 6 month contract.

You will be tasked with the following,

  • You will be responsible for sitting with the business to understand and document all business related tasks, coordinating the activity and driving the right outcomes.
  • To lead and have oversight of other resource and accountability for the whole piece/project.
  • You will need to be capable of challenging the business and pulling out as much information as possible.
  • Proven experience of defining business processes, Strategy and reports is essential for the opportunity.
  • Communication skills will also be essential for this position due to the amount of written and verbal conversations you will be have daily with key business stakeholders.
**- 2 days a week, you will be required to work onsite.
