- Act as regional PIE Psychologist to support the roll outof Centrepoints Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE),with the support ofthe wider PIE Team.
- Support the implementation of PIE Training, as well asother psychologically informed training sessions, for Centrepoint staff withinyour region.
- Lead reflective practice sessions for Centrepoint staffteams within your region.
- Offer your psychological skills and knowledge to supportand provide psychological consultation to staff within the Centrepoint serviceswithin your region.
- Deliver, in conjunction with the regional CentrepointTherapeutic Services Team, neuropsychological assessments / psychological therapyinterventions to homeless young people in your region.
- Ensure the highest levels ofsafeguarding and risk management for our young people.
- Support research and policywork within Centrepoint, in conjunction with the Head of PIE.
- Promote diversity and equalitythroughout all practices.
- Keep up to date with thecurrent evidence base, as well as future trends or issues within the sector.
- You will be basedregionally, and there is some flexibility in your base location (althoughtravel to services within your region / occasional travel to London Head Officewill be required).

- HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist with at least two years post qualification experience.
- Some experience of working with complex needs, ideally homelessness or young people.
- An interest in working in the charity sector with frontline staff and young people, who have experienced homelessness to #changethestory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt and engage with a variety of young people, colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload, working both autonomously and seeking appropriate clinical supervision from the Head of PIE as required.

We have an amazing opportunity for a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologistto join our expanding Centrepoint PIE Team to support the delivery of a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE). PIE is a strategic priority for Centrepoint following PIE developments across the wider homeless sector and reflects the charitys commitment to psychological practice across the organization to improve our outcomes for our staff and the young people that use our services.
You will be at least two years post qualification, preferably with some experience of working with complex needs and an interest in working with young people who have experienced homelessness to #changethestory. Reporting to the Head of PIE, this regional role will support the delivery of PIE across the charity, in our services in the North of England. This is anexciting opportunity for HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist(s) to significantlycontribute to Centrepoints Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) acrossthe organisation.
You willbe utilising your clinical psychology experience and knowledge to support theimplementation of PIE across Centrepoint, under the supervision of theConsultant Clinical & Forensic Psychologist / Head of PIE.
Youwill be a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist, with at least two years postqualification, preferably with some experience of working with complex needsand an interest in working with young people who have experienced homelessnessto #changethestory. If you more newlyqualified, please contact the PIE Lead to discuss, as your application may stillbe considered based on your unique skills and experience.
The role willinvolve extensive staff consultation, training and reflective practice withinCentrepoint Services, as well as supporting research and policy development acrossthe organisation. There will also be opportunities to deliver brief clinical psychologyinterventions and undertake neuropsychological assessments to young people(aged 16-25 years) in conjunction with the Centrepoints Therapeutic Services Teamwith your region.
Thisrole will be conducted in alignment with Centrepoints strategy to#EndyouthHomelessness and enable young people to secure a solid platform ofgood health, and a home and a job.
