Are you a Front of House professional, keen to explore the island way of life and looking for an exciting new opportunity? We have partnered with a renowned hotel on the idyllic Isle of Islay to source a brand-new member of their Front of House team.

A charming hotel at the heart of the Island of Islay boasting a spectacular restaurant, bar and garden where they serve well-thought seasonal menus using delicious fresh and local produce for guests to enjoy.


Responsibilities within your new role


As a member of the Front of House team, you will proactively take orders and serve customers in a timely manner.

For this role, you will also greet and speak to a board clientele, providing excellent customer service at all times.


You will work closely with the other teams within the venue, including the kitchen and management, to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and successfully.


Your personality, experience and qualifications


You will be required to hold previous experience in a Bar/Waiting role within a hotel or busy restaurant setting, along with strong enthusiasm for hospitality and going above and beyond to create memorable customer experiences.

Experience working in a remote setting would be also an advantage.
