    Description

    Technical Specification Manager - Surrey/South London - Global Construction Company

    We are currently hiring for a top manufacturer in the industry, with a strong global presence and a wide range of innovative solutions for protecting, bonding, and reinforcing materials.

    Role:

    • Act as a consultant and advisor for architects, surveyors, contractors, and resellers to build valuable relationships
    • Conduct surveys, prepare reports, develop specifications, and provide quotations
    • Take charge of decision-making processes
    • Achieve set targets with creative and efficient plans
    • Deliver CPD presentations to target customers and potential clients

    Candidate:

    • Experience in specification sales, preferably in the construction sector
    • Ability to influence and lead effectively
    • Self-reliant and resilient
    • Strong presentation and motivation skills
    • Capable of building lasting customer relations
    • Resides in Surrey or South London

    Package:

    • Basic Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 (based on experience)
    • Uncapped Bonus - OTE 40% of basic salary
    • Car Allowance: £6 per mile
    • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
    • Company credit card
    • 26 weeks of sick pay
    • Up to 8% pension contribution
