Are you an immediately available HR Business Partner / HR Manager looking for a new role?

Do you have experience of designing and delivering effective HR strategies?


LHH recruitment Solutions are working in partnership with one of our Reigate based clients to recruit a HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC.


You will support the HR Director in driving and managing a successful HR strategy for the business in line with company growth.


Responsible for ownership of complex HR projects including TUPE transfer activity, whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.


Provision of expert professional and technical HR advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management.

Promotion of HR best practice across all aspects of the HR function.


Principle Accountabilities:


  • Leading the implementation of key HR projects and strategies. Managing appropriate stakeholders including internal, client and third party.
  • Conducting HR due diligence and TUPE related activity
  • Developing and delivering strategic HR initiatives with HRD including management coaching and employee engagement sessions
  • Providing suitable HRrelated data analysis and comprehensive reporting which outlined key trends and areas of focus
  • Proactively working with managers to ensure HR best practice in managing people related matters
  • Managing the annual salary review process for the company alongside the HR Director.
  • Production of monthly and annual HR reports.
  • Ownership of all HR analytics, including reporting, adhoc requests, RFI, absence, turnover, overtime, demographics etc.
  • Working with HRD in planning and driving HR change management initiatives
  • Managing ER casework and supporting managers in people related matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management

Experience:


  • Previous HR Generalist experience
  • Experience of TUPE
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of designing and delivering effective HR strategies within an organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to impart knowledge to others in a clear and concise manner.
  • Managing and supporting individual, team and organisational change.
