Salary:
£35,000 - £37,000 experience dependant

Job Type:
Full Time, 8 hour shifts

We are looking for a competent
IT Support Engineer to join a successful office relocation and storage solution company with a competitive salary of £35,000-£37,000 per annum, experience dependant, working on an 8-hour two-shift rota.

The Role:

You will be able to successfully complete a Trader and Back Office technology move including (PC, Printer, Telephone, Speakerbus and BT Netrix Dealer Boards).

You will ensure all relevant updates from completed works are handed over to the Technology Team Leader in a timely manner and adhere to Company Health and Safety policy and all specific method statements and risk assessments.

Responsibilities:

Promote the company in a positive light at all times.
To escalate to their line manager on identification of any possible leads for new Business.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Be presentable and project a professional appearance at all times.
Present them self in a confident and knowledgeable manner when dealing with the client.
Manage client expectations.
Focus on customer service.

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing a voice environment
A minimum of 5 years proven experience of working within voice services
Networking experience CCNA preferred
Good understanding of Networks, IP addressing and Voice Infrastructure
Experience in working in a large banking environment
Appropriate technical qualifications
