Location: Central London, minimum 3 days per week
Experience:
All roles should have a minimum of 4 years of on-trade experience in the drinks industry and at least 2 years in the on-trade selling beer.
Roles:
Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and executing the ontrade sales plan.
- Delivering volume growth through distribution growth within pub groups and casual dining groups.
- Strengthening route to market footprint with national availability.
- Championing and managing existing key customers and increasing the rate of sale.
- Effectively managing the ontrade budget and P&L.
The right person will be:
- A keen negotiator.
- Passionate about beer.
- A brilliant presenter and pitcher of business.
- Pragmatic and solution finder.
- Handson comfortable with startup life
Key skills:
- Commercial.
- P&L management.
- Proven presenting / pitching skills.
- Proficient with Google sheets/Excel/PowerPoint
