The idea was born after the founders realised that making delicious fresh juices on-site was a real faff for businesses, so these guys stepped in, took thatoff their hands and that's where the business was born.
It was a huge success and they started stocking juices all over London.
As they grew and filled out warehouses with juice, they realised there was an opportunity here to grow the business from not just juice supply, but to also fresh food, dairy products and nut butters.
Having loads of connections in the food world this reallykicked off, supplying the likes of Deliciously Ella, Oatly and Pip and nut to name a few.
They are now a rapidly growing fresh food and premium juice wholesaler that distributes to restaurants, hotels, bars, cafes and other businesses across London & Oxford; and looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join their teamThe opportunity:
Work as part of a team by managing incoming phone calls and customer queries, and assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations.
Communicating effectively with other departments and accurately inputting and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics Nav operating system.
What you'll be doing:
- Fully resolve all customer issues, ensuring effective communication with customers and the rest of the business in dealing with collection, returns or recalls (As per the business policy & procedures).
- Communicating to the Stock department any significant increases in customers' regular usages which could affect stock levels.
- Assist with updating spreadsheets and improving daytoday processes.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to increase the sales growth of existing accounts.
- Work crossfunctionally with other departments.
- Prior customer service experience preferable
- Confident and articulate communication skills
- Competent IT user with excellent keyboard skills, specifically Excel
- Detailoriented, accurate data entry ability
- Personable approach with a positive cando attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and be a strong multitasker
- Problemsolving skills with the ability to take ownership of a request until a successful outcome
- Punctual, Flexible and Reliable.
