Location: Central London, minimum 3 days per week
Experience:
All roles should have a minimum of 4 years of on-trade experience in the drinks industry and at least 2 years in the on-trade selling beer.

Head of On Trade / KAM / NAM / AM
Senior sales role overview:
Principally the role will be to grow the on-trade business through new distribution and increased rate of sale.
The role will require key account management with senior decision-makers in the pub and casual dining sectors as well as strong relationshipswith key routes to market.
The role will require previous management experience and the ability to build out a team underneath them.Key Responsibilities:
- Building and executing the ontrade sales plan.
- Delivering volume growth through distribution growth within pub groups and casual dining groups.
- Strengthening route to market footprint with national availability.
- Championing and managing existing key customers and increasing the rate of sale.
- Effectively managing the ontrade budget and P&L.
- Growing and managing a bestinclass ontrade sales team.
