Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
  • Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Meet sales targets and goals
  • Up sell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or orders

Pay:
From £23,865.00 per year
