Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to the HR department.


Duties:


  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday and Taleo to maintain employee records and generate reports
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HRrelated inquiries
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Assist with employee relations issues and investigations as needed
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings in a clear manner

Pay:
From £43,337.00 per year
