**Internal Auditor (Part Qualified)
**Our client is a highly profitable and ambitious service business that has grown phenomenally from scratch to c.£350m sales and 440 staff in approx. 15 years. Its finance department and people have grown and progressed with the company and is now c.20people strong. The company is now on the next stage of its truly amazing journey and we're now looking to help further strengthen the finance team, by recruiting a progressive, career-minded and commercially-focussed part-qualified Auditor to a newly createdInternal Auditor role.

**_Reporting the Finance Director, Head of Financial Reporting and Lead Auditor you'll join a small, growing team with Internal Auditor responsibilities including: - **- Supporting the delivery of assigned audits

  • Planning each review and ensure that all appropriate stakeholders are engaged
  • Documenting work performed
  • Proactively engaging with the lead Auditor during each audit, keeping them informed of progress and any potential issues
  • Assisting in the drafting of highquality audit reports that are factually correct and accurately reflect observations made. Rating of audit issues consistent with audit methodology.
  • Contributing to the creation of remediation action plans
  • Meeting planning, fieldwork and reporting targets
  • Supporting development of methodology and strategy
  • Assisting with the production of timely management information and KPI reporting
  • Assisting in preparing and coordinating agendas, reports, and papers for the Audit & Risk Committee
  • Maintaining an ongoing awareness of best practice Internal Audit techniques
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all areas of the business and thirdparty providers
**_You'll offer:

  • A highly progressive, professional, pragmatic, improvement focussed and commercial outlook with demonstrable recent Auditor, Internal Auditor or Risk & Assurance Executive experience
  • ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIA part qualified or equivalent
  • PowerPoint and Microsoft Office experience
  • A positive attitude with an energetic, confident, engaging, inquisitive, observant, high integrity and cooperative approach
