JOB TITLE:
PROJECT COORDINATOR**
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac's 'Eight Golden Rules'.
  • Raise requisitions for recruitment and manage the POB rota,, ensuring it is accurate and uptodate
  • Managing client expectations for all campaign work with assistance from the industrial services team
  • Manage material order requisitions and plant and equipment using Oracle
  • Attend weekly and daily calls for campaign work
  • In the creation of work packs for all campaigns, technical team in place will be final approvers
  • Provide general overall administration support for Marine Services team
  • Maintain job/project working files, including the tracking register and all updates to Industrial Services current templates, documentation, and reports.
  • Management of team documentation, formatting reports and issuess through DCC
  • Raising requisitions, requesting PO and monitoring spending within allocated budget

Essential Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Preferred experience on Maximo, although training will be given
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of Maintenance and operations within an appropriate industry
  • Oracle experience.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Good at networking and building working relationships
  • Ability to learn business needs and preempt requirements
  • Ability to professionally manage confidential information
  • Good organisation skills to support work in a fastpaced role
  • Good attention to details
  • Liaise in a professional manner with both Petrofac employees and client representation, including their administrative support
  • Experience of working in a project coordinator role or similar
