Salary: The 2023 salary is £1150 per month plus extra for every session you lead once qualified.

During your twelve months with us, you will learn how to run safe, fun and engaging sessions and gain several industry-recognised instructor qualifications.
Working alongside our partners at South Devon College, you'll also undertake a Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship and gain valuable experience in all areas of a busy outdoor centre.
National Governing Body (NGB) Qualifications You'll Gain
*If you are ready, an assessment will be provided for one of the training courses

About Mendip
Mendip Activity Centre is a year-round multi-activity centre near Bristol. Our 250-acre site boasts a dry ski slope, a private limestone rock sports quarry, an onsite cave, ancient woodland, an 86-bed residential lodge, family and youth campsites, bar/café's and target sport ranges.
The main benefit of working for a family-owned, independent activity centre is that we value your contribution.
