  • Job Title: Contracts Manager
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 16.30 or 09.30 to 17.30
  • Salary: £30,000.00 to £40, Commission

Our client is a commercial services and maintenance company located in Epping servicing the South of England. Due to company expansion & development, we currently have vacancies for a contracts manager.
We are seeking a motivated, practical person to join our friendly, highly professional telephone control team.
Area's we cover are approximately 100 miles radius of London but are looking to expand this.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, driven & ambitious person looking for a long-term career.

Contracts Manager:

  • Look after a number of high end key clients
  • Ensure we are performing to the highest possible level
  • Have monthly review meetings with clients
  • Manage a fleet of engineers
  • Answer high volume of calls
  • Send updates to clients
  • Provide a high level of personalised customer service
  • Liaise with engineers and allocate jobs
  • Manage and guide engineers
  • Carry out quotations and ensure they are delivered on time
  • Order Parts / materials for jobs
  • Dealing with all customer queries
  • Out of ours calls one week per month (Additional bonus)
  • Log all activities in a timely manner on company's CRM system

Essential Requirements:

  • Account management with high end clients
  • Experience within commercial services or construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience within customer service, inbound/outbound calls and job dispatching/ booking
  • An ability to deal professionally, calmly, and tactfully with customers and always maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work on your own initiative in a busy environment.
  • Selfmanaged and motivated
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are essential
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent references
  • Teamworking skills
