Sketchley Grange Hotel Spa in Hinckley, Leicestershire managed by the Focus Hotels Management Group. We are seeking to recruit a Kichen Porter to join our Kitchen team.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorble experiences for our guests.

Role Responsibilities
As Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Washing up, cleaning and clearing of the kitchen areas
Unloading and putting away deliveries
Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and correctly stored away
Deeper cleaning of fridges, freezers, store rooms and other areas to maintian high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
Basic food preparation if required
Undertake any further necessary duties as determined by the Head Chef

Key Requirements

You should possess the following skills and qualifications:

A team worker with a positive attitude to work
Driven by high standards
Good verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Health Safety practices
Knowledge of Food Hygeine practices
