Morgan Philips is searching for a Workforce Transformation Lead to join a company in Cornwall for 12 months paying up to £68,000pa and starting ASAP.
As part of a Workforce Efficiencies programme, you will lead the workstream to develop a workforce transformation plan with key stakeholders that is a route map for change in order to deliver the vision and objectives.
This includes the design, delivery and sustainability of a future fit workforce with leaders and business as usual staffing teams.
This includes overall leadership and management of the work, team, processes & policies, systems, associated SLAs & KPIs and delivery of the c£20million efficiencies.
