ASSISTANT CONTRACTS MANAGER
Reading salary Market Rate £34,000


The Role:

  • Practical background on site fabric works e.g Carpenter, Partition Fixer or similar
  • Have Experience within the commercial interior sector
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Work well within a team within the office and onsite
  • Supervise subcontractor activity on site, ensuring contractual obligations are met, potential savings are identified and reported upon & all works are delivered safely within the relevant timeframe
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and subcontractors
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to exceed customer expectations
  • Commercially aware
  • Have effective people management skills
  • Have good knowledge of Construction Contracts
  • Ability to program works using their own knowledge of the construction process
