We have an immediate opening for our Osprey Europe Headquarters in Poole, Dorset, UK for a:Guarantee Assistant

What you'll do in the role
- Handle inbound queries from retailers, distributors and sales agents
- Manage the Guarantee database and inbox
- Process and list packs on SecondLife
- Record and report appropriate sales data
- Book stock in and out
- Ensure case records are updated and maintained, detailing case outcome
- Prepare and pack outbound postal items
- Pick and pack replacement components for posting
- Provide general administration support
What will help you do the job well
Essential:
- Experience of working in customer service delivering high quality customer service
- Administration experience
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel essential)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a calm, tactful and diplomatic approach
- Be articulate and confident
- Have good organisational skills
- Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
- Capable of problemsolving
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to assist in all general office duties
- Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fastgrowing brands
Nice to have:
- Having a background in retail would be an advantage and having an interest in outdoor activities and any experience or knowledge of Osprey products.
- Language skills such as German or Italian would be an advantage, but not essential
