This represents a fantastic promotion opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate looking for an immediate step up to Partner, or for an existing Partner with their sights set on the top.
You'll be the succession plan for the current Head of Corporate, benefitting from their experience and support as you develop your technical, commercial and leadership skills before taking over the mantle.
You'll be supported in raising your profile in the market and gaining access to the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners top tables.
The team has plenty of work and is a key focus of investment within the firm as it seeks to enlarge its commercial footprint.
You'll work alongside a highly respected Legal 500 corporate partner, supported by three corporate fee earners, on a caseload largely consisting of acquisitions, group reorganisations and MBOs.
The firm has tonnes of personality and is making waves in the legal market and has recently undergone a full rebrand, reflecting its non-traditional, fun and disruptive approach to delivering top-class legal services.
It therefore comes as no surprise that the firm has embraced hybrid working and you'll be able to work from home for part of the week, spending the rest of your time at the firm's fresh, fun and collaborative offices.
