    Responsible to: 4 Fundraisers, Fundraising Assistant & Data and Supporter Care Manager

    Type of contract:
    Permanent
    This post involves regular, direct unsupervised access to vulnerable adults and therefore is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Fundraising to join our team and lead the development and delivery of our fundraising strategy.

    This is a key role in ensuring we have the resources to continue providing vital end of life care to our community of Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley.

    As Head of Fundraising, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a fundraising strategy, building relationships with key donors, and exceeding fundraising goals.

    Being confident in communicating to different groups of people and building relationships is crucial to this role, as well as ensuring high levels of customer service and experience to all our stakeholders.

    at the hospice and in people's homes across our community of Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley.
    With approximately 120 employees and over 250 volunteers, our people are our biggest asset whom we value tremendously.

    Our services to the local community would not be possible without our motivated and caring workforce who always strive to deliver excellence in all that they do.
