Description
A Customer Support Advisor is required for our client, a well-established company based in Poole.

As the Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and assisting customers with any queries.


Responsibilities**:

  • Provide first class customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all data is captured accurately and maintain the database to a high standard.
  • Assist with diary management and booking in any customer appointments.
  • Produce quotes as and when required.
  • Process sales orders through the system, accurately and efficiently
  • Send order acknowledgements to customers and follow up to ensure order details are correct and on schedule for despatch.
  • Liaise with external customers regarding despatch of orders and internal departments where required.

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience using Oracle or a similar system
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Strong administration and customer service experience
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • IT literate to include

Microsoft Office:
Work, Excel and Outlook

Working hours for this role are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, equating to 35 hours per week.
