    Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

    Location: Bromley

    Salary: £23,150 per annum

    Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch) + 1 Sat in every 4, 9am – 1pm

    Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

    We are searching for a vibrant and passionate customer service specialist with expertise in property or keen to explore this field. Our Property Administrators are instrumental in delivering top-notch service to our landlord and tenant clients throughout their journey with us.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
    • Coordinating with tradespeople/contractors and updating customers
    • Scheduling safety inspections and overseeing remedial works
    • Communicating with landlords post property visits
    • Assisting customers with general tenancy inquiries
    • Conducting regular partnership calls and welcome calls with new clients
    • Managing all communications promptly and courteously
    • Ensuring excellent service to enhance customer retention
    • Meeting personal and team deadlines, maintaining service levels, and achieving KPIs

    Our Property Managers serve as key resources for tenants, landlords, and colleagues, requiring them to handle tasks efficiently and calmly. A solid understanding of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts is essential. Full training will be provided to support in this area.
