Role - Client Account Manager

Work From Home - Remote Work 4 days of the week with only 1 day in the office

Fulltime / Permanent

Location - Newcastle upon Tyne

Work Days - Monday to Friday / 9am to 5:30pm


Netwirking are pleased to be working together with one of the fastest rising Tech firms in Newcastle upon Tyne who are looking for a motivated, keen and driven individual, with experience of working in a customer service role to join their team.


The business continues to grow and as a result of this they are looking for someone to help drive the company forward.


This role would suit someone currently working in a Customer Service Role / Client Focused role looking for a step up.


The role duties will include:


  • Ensuring engagement and support with existing clients is maintained.
  • Analysing data to support and inform account management activity.
  • Assist in standard support where required.
  • Managing clients with different requirements and discussing strategies to help with their performance on the platform.
  • Contributing to team and business projects.
  • Supporting acquisition and of new clients and provision of support during the onboarding process.
  • Account management for existing customers to secure maximum value from the proposition.
  • Supporting the wider team, including the management team, to promote and develop the programme.

Required skills and experience:


  • Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Service
  • Displays strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is well organised and able to prioritise workload.
  • Shows a willingness to contribute to team and business targets/projects.
  • Is equally comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
  • Holds a tenacious selfmotivated outlook.
  • Is keen to further their own personal development
