    Corporate Receptionist - London, United Kingdom - Rapport Guest Services

    Description

    Role Responsibility

  • To provide seamless guest management on behalf of the clients, including the active welcome of all employees and guests into the building, hosting and escorting of guests when required
  • To take ownership of the reception areas, checking standards of cleanliness and reporting all faults or issues promptly
  • When on client floors; to meet all guests at lift lobby/ reception areas and escorting to their meeting rooms
  • Perform room checks, ensuring that high levels of cleanliness are achieved and that all rooms have the correct branded items
  • To work closely with all other service providers, contractors and the corporate services team.
  • Perform administration duties when required
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in customer service is essential. Corporate or five star hotel experience is preferred.
  • An up-beat individual with integrity and a can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about delivering great service and take responsibility for my contribution to the team.
  • A customer focused team player who is recognized as patient, friendly, reliable, adaptable, flexible and takes pride in what they do.
  • The candidate will embrace change, lead by example, and empower others through a consistently positive approach.
  • Someone with a desire to be part of a winning team, where you can truly make a difference.
  • Previous Front of house experience within a luxury hotel environment, premium airlines or a corporate business environment is preferred.
