Contract 6-12 months | £500-£600 per day inside IR35 | UK Remote
We've been engaged to augment capability for a global technology consultancy in their deployment of ServiceNow globally. We're seeking an experienced Build Analyst with ServiceNow IT Business Management / Strategic Portfolio Management deployment experience.

Please note, this is a UK-based remote working role.


Responsibilities include

  • Quality assurance of Functional Specifications before they are passed to the Technical Development Team
  • Ensure quality of build and issue resolution
  • Review of the Technical Specifications when created coordination of all aspects of complex build objects like interfaces and complex BW reports
  • Assistance in execution and troubleshooting of complex build objects during troubleshooting or testing activities, and assistance to the Technical Development team during the build and unit/string testing concepts.

Our client is looking for
You'll be a proven Build Analyst or technically minded Senior Business Analyst with ServiceNow ITBM (now known as SPM) experience and DevOps


You'll also need:

  • Understanding the asis portfolio management and optimization process for the digital organisation and helping to design/inform the tobe process.
  • Leading fit/gap sessions/workshops with user groups to discover gaps, opportunities and support the prioritisation with Product Owner.
  • Writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and able to perform testing on behalf of the users.
  • Writing user testing scenarios and lead UAT.
  • Working closely with development and design team in endtoend delivery of a user feature/story.
  • Understanding of data structure, data mapping and working on data migration and validation across into ServiceNow from legacy systems.
  • Support user training, cutover and golive.
