- Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain
- Responsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals
- Collate the team's Project reports and provide a summary report to the Technical Director relating to the projects that your team has supervised
- Review Technical Submittals from sub contractors
- Checking Installation Quality
- Experience within a similar position
- Experience working within a main contracting environment, managing specialist sub contract partners.
- Delivery of large Building Services packages valued £5M +
