Grade UE04 - £23,144 - £25,138 per annum (Pro rata). (A revised salary range for this grade of £24,533 - £27,181 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024).

Corporate Services Group - Accommodation, Catering and Events - Student Services

Part time - 21 hours per week
**Contract - Open ended (Permanent)


The Opportunity:


To work with the Student Allocations team to provide efficient and effective support within the Student Allocations team, with primary focus on the handling of the administration and promotion of all student accommodation allocations throughout the year.


This post is 21 hours per week and offer hybrid working - typically 2 full days in the office at Pollock Halls of Residence and 1 at home.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant IT skills and the ability to work with Microsoft packages
  • An ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy administration environment. Can deal with difficult or dissatisfied customers during the summer period
