Description

Vehicle Remarketing perform an important role within the Company, ensuring we achieve the maximum value for vehicles in auction.

With a keen eye for detail, our Vehicle Remarketing Teams check our images meet our high standards and all the information wehold about the vehicle is correct.

As an Administrator you will support the Vehicle Remarketing teams in both our Sandy & Bristol Operations Centres with the internal and external communications, reports and data entry.

You will deal with both incoming and outgoing queries to ensure a highlevel of productivity and deliver excellent customer service.

You will run daily reports to support daily tasks and processes and distribute tasks and requests.

As an Administrator you will ensure that all data entry and administrative work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

We are always open to new ideas to improve our service, so please share your thoughts.

What we need from you
:

Microsoft skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and self

- motivated

Willing to learn and adapt to the role
