Finance Administrator - Ely (hybrid) - £20,00 - £22,000


As a result of company expansion, we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join a thriving business in Ely on a permanent basis.

No prior finance experience is required so this would make an ideal first or second job for someone looking for a stablelong-term career.

As Finance Administrator you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for:

  • Saving invoices into the relevant folders
  • Maintaining the purchase order system, place orders and match to invoices
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining supplier details
  • General administration such as filing and data entry

We are looking for:

  • An enthusiastic team player
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience using IT such as Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work with initiative
