We aim to be the preferred water company for both customers and employees.
This is a crucial role within our dynamic, welcoming, and award-winning Customer Service team. You have a knack for understanding your customers' perspective and making them feel valued. Your warmth, enthusiasm, and dedication will help us get things right for our customers from the start.
The starting salary is £21,917, increasing to £22,437 after probation. Along with basic pay, bonuses are awarded for achieving targets. On average, you can earn an extra £3,000, with a total potential bonus of up to £6,300. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00. You'll follow a rotating shift pattern that includes one Saturday every six weeks. Rosters are planned in advance for your convenience.
Prior experience in a call center is preferred but not mandatory. Ideally, you have worked in a customer-facing role. You're eager to learn and welcome feedback. We provide comprehensive training, continuous coaching, and the support needed to start off successfully.
In our lively call center, you'll have a range of activities including competitions, rewards, team gatherings, social functions, and paid volunteer days to support causes you care about. This role offers numerous opportunities for advancement. Many of our managers started as Customer Service Advisors. You'll have the chance to explore different roles and acquire new skills within the department.
