Lucid is pleased to be acting on behalf of an Oxford-based Property Management company offering flexible workspace to a range of impact organisations, such as charities, non-profits, social enterprises, and B Corps.

As the Sales Executive, you will be partof our Sales team, helping to bring more vibrant and inspiring changemakers into our buildings.


Working with the Sales Manager (line manager for this role) and Senior Sales Executive, you will be involved in all aspects of space filling.

No two days are the same - as the initial point of contact for new enquiries, you'll build rapport with potentialcustomers to understand their needs and convey the benefits of being a tenant.

This role also involves close collaboration with our Operations and Marketing teams, and routine administrative tasks. Occasional travel to our centres may be required.

This is a busy, demanding and 'hands-on' role. We are looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, confident and a problem solver.

You don't necessarily need previous sales or property experience, but you do need to be a capable and fast learner.


You will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • To be organised and efficient able to prioritise work within tight deadlines and multitask;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • An understanding of a 'soft sales' approach
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Willingness to get stuck into routine tasks as well as more interesting projects
  • A good level of IT literacy
  • Some understanding of the needs of the voluntary and community sector;
  • Enthusiasm about the company and its purposeled mission
  • A commitment to our ethical values

Responsibilities:


  • Selling all space within our centres and seeing through the full sales process from enquiry to tenant onboarding

This entails:

  • Responding to enquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients until space is found to meet their needs
  • Ensuring accurate enquiry records are kept and regularly updated within the CRM;
  • Negotiating lease terms
  • Keeping online listings and some website pages up to date
  • Outbound lead generation (no cold calling)
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the team

Additionally, the post holder will participate in:

  • Space promotion activity
  • Conducting occasional viewings
  • Supporting the delivery of our digital and SEO strategy
  • Collaborating within Sales, Operations and the PR & Marketing Teams on our wider strategy and offer
  • Other activities/tasks appropriate to the role.
