To give individualised care, according to care plans complied by our Registered nurses in accordance with the Home's policies and procedures.

To include but not limited to:

Personal care
Assistance at mealtimes
Help with mobility
Record keeping of all aspects of daily living
Promote independence of residents
Raise any concerns with the nursing staff
