Our client pride themselves on their diversity, common sense, professionalism and integrity, and are now currently recruiting for a Property Manager / Tenancy Progressor to join their successful and dynamic team.

To be considered for this role, you will have a property management and/or lettings administration background, ideally be ARLA/NFoPP qualified and possess superb customer service skills.

Personal specification:

Experienced within a property management or lettings administration role
ARLA would be advantageous
Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail for drawing up legal documents
Exceptional organisational skills.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £28,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience and qualifications. The hours of work will be from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
