Job Title:
Catering Assistant (Hospitality)


Location:
Predominantly at our College Court Hotel, as well as multiple locations across the University of Leicester (UoL) campus. You are required to work at whichever hospitality location that has a shift available.


Salary:
£11.49 per hour


Contracted hours: 20 hours or 35 hours


Working hours:
As per a rota, this will include lates, evenings, weekends and early shifts. Working hours will include 7pm - 11pm Saturdays and/or Sundays shifts.


Contract Type:
Permanent


Responsible to:
Hospitality Manager / Front of House Manager.

The role:

We have some amazing opportunities available for Hospitality Catering Assistants to join the Leicester Services Partnership (LSP) team.


We are looking for individuals who have great people skills, are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, are able to work as part of a team, have a 'can do' attitude and are flexible to work shifts as and when required.

Previous experience in a similar role would be great but is not essential as full training will be provided.


As a Hospitality Catering Assistant, you will assist in prepping for the day-to-day bookings and evening functions, service of food and drink, whilst adhering to excellent food hygiene standards and providing outstanding customer service.


You will also be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the area you work and have knowledge of our menus, and allergen information.

Applicants must be over the age of 18.
