    32.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year

    We seek to appoint an Assistant Attendance Officer to support in maintaining high standards of student attendance and punctuality. Whilst attendance is in line with the national average, it continues to be a whole school priority and we are always seeking to improve.

    Interested candidates will ideally have a good knowledge and prior experience of school attendance procedures and processes, however, whilst experience with attendance procedures would be an advantage, this role may also suit those with experience in well-being, SEND or other relevant areas such as Pupil Premium.

    This role will be incredibly fulfilling but equally as demanding. We require someone who has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate in a patient and resilient way, whilst smiling and remaining positive throughout. You will be part of the wider Student Support Team and liaise with those leading on behaviour and safeguarding, reporting to the Assistant Principal.

    This is a permanent post. The hours of duty are 8.00am – 3:10pm Monday to Friday (including an unpaid break of 40 minutes), term time plus training days.
