    What does the role involve?

    Reporting to the Commercial Vehicle Support Team Leader, you will work as part of the Kier Support Team to manage the rental vehicles with the aim of reducing the term time expenditure. Full training will be provided for this role with a requirement of 5 days on-site at our Trowbridge office. Once training is complete, you will have the flexibility to work 2 dates remotely. Working hours are from 8:30-17:00.

    Some of your key duties will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for our customer's enquiries via email and calls
  • Ensuring that the length of the rental period and daily rates are accurate
  • Arranging rental bookings, 'end of lease', 'end-of-life', and 'in life' movement of vehicles
  • Discussing options to reduce operating costs
  • What are we looking for?

    You're organised, and a natural problem solver. You will have some knowledge of commercial vehicles and rentals with great customer service skills. You're a team player who enjoys sharing new ideas and thinking outside the box to ensure their customer's experience is exceptional.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • IT literate and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Can work collaboratively
