    Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

    Company: Hartwig Care

    Annual Salary: Starting from £24,000 per year

    Working Hours: Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30 pm (40 hours per week)

    Accountability: Registered Manager

    Location: 150 Eltham Hill, London, SE9 5EA

    Requirement: We are seeking a Field Care Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in a domiciliary care setting to join our team at 150 Eltham Hill, London, SE9 5EA.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Conduct client risk assessments, care planning, and reviews.
    • Maintain accurate records and care plans in compliance with GDPR.
    • Monitor and assess care workers' performance.
    • Ensure quality care and provide support to new care workers.
    • Liaise with placement teams and other professionals.
    • Perform spot check visits to ensure quality care.
    • Manage short notice care absences.
    • Report feedback to Branch Manager.
    • Maintain KPIs for quality and compliance.
    • Support on-call duties as per the rota.

    Ideal candidate qualities:

    • Must have valid business insurance.
    • Be proactive and confident in a fast-paced environment.
    • Handle confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity.
    • Excel in multitasking and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
    • Be proactive and show initiative in complex situations.
