The Role

We are looking for a Craft Beer Warehouse Operative with a meticulous eye for detail to join our Operations team in Leeds, UK.

This is a part time role, up to 16 hours per week.

What to Expect
This role will be managed by the Warehouse Lead. We will provide training and experienced team members will be there to support you. The role involves lifting heavy kegs and boxes safely. You do need to be physically able to do this safely.

We're looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for ensuring that all standard procedures are followed accurately to ensure goods flow through the warehouse efficiently and correctly.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of accuracy of order fulfillment
Record delivery data accurately and ensure documentation is updated and accurate.
Check stock levels
Be responsible for keeping a clean and tidy work area
Follow health & safety guidance
Drive process improvements
Follow a guided training plan
Lift & place safely, cases and kegs weighing up to 31 kg repeatedly
Cross check accuracy of sorting
Wrap and label pallets
Escalate issues in the warehouse
Reflect and communicate to your team

What You'll Bring

Ability to follow process and instructions
Physical fitness & spatial awareness
Meticulous eye for detail
Knowledge of commonsense health & safety
FLT certificate is a bonus but not a requirement.
Ability to thrive in a teambased environment and achieve common goals
Strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
Ability to meet deadlines
